Our 10-year-old Samsung dryer started making an odd noise on a Thursday night. Worried that more damage could be done by ignoring the noise, I reached out to Blue Ribbon the following day. I was pleasantly surprised that Nadir was able to come by within a couple hours of my call and even more thrilled that he was able to assess the dryer and complete the work all in a short time frame on the same day. He insured the work and parts for up to 90 days, and let us know the expected useful life of the dryer with the repairs. Overall, professional, knowledgeable, cleanly and efficient.

Nadir is great!! Very honest man. Wouldn’t sell you anything unless it’s needed. Will also tell you if an appliance is not worth fixing. That never happens. Most people will just take your money. I highly recommend this company

This is the second time used Blue Ribbon for an issue with our LG Refrigerator. Each time Nadir was prompt, friendly and professional. He explained what he thought the issue was and how he was going to try and fix the problem. The cost was extremely reasonable. Both times he charged us for just the service call, and it comes with a 90 day warranty. We recommend him highly and if we need a repair on an appliance he is our first call.

My washing machine and dryer and my dishwasher needed repair, and Nadir came on time and explained everything in detail as to what needed to be accomplished. Wonderful! Nadir was available for same day scheduling and was even able to get to us a few hours early. He expertly diagnosed the washing machine issue (burned out motor for the spinning drum) and got us quickly back up and running. Absolutely trust Nadir and will definitely hire him again.

I have been using Blue Ribbon for over 5 years. My kitchen appliances are high end and Nadir is the one I trust. He responses quickly,very professional, and very fair. I had an emergency with my fridge and messaged him late in the day and he came right away, diagnosed the problem and came back the next morning with the part. I wouldn't call anyone else! If I could give 10 stars I would.

No one likes to give a negative review and this is only my second review of less than "B" after using Angies List often for over 10 years with various properties. Blue Ribbon Appliance replaced the faulty burner of the gas stove at my rental house satisfactorily. However he was totally careless in moving the stove and made a number of fairly deep scratches to my black marble floor, effectively ruining my floor. You can clearly see the tracks of scratches emanating from the feet of the stove in the pictures my tenant took. When I texted him the picture and asked what he intended to do about it he said the feet were plastic and could not scratch the floor and that he checked the floor after his work was completed and there were no scratches on the floor. So to believe him, my tenant put those scratches there after he left. She told me he had a pad to rest his knees but no pad to protect the floor. She said she is not strong enough to move the stove and she would definitely not dare mess with anything connected to a gas line. I don't think he intentionally tried to scratch my marble floor but he was very careless and could not own up to his mistake, Those marble tiles are no longer available so I will have to live with the disfigurement or replace the whole kitchen floor. Hiring a contractor is a personal decision but I would never hire a contractor who does not admit his mistake and try to make up for it. Note: I tried to upload a picture of the damaged floor to Angies List on my laptop and also from my app on my cell phone. Apparently they don't allow this anymore, If anyone can post how to upload a picture I would appreciate it.

"In 20 years of service I have never see a plastic feet of a stove scratching a tile floor, is just impossible, when a left they were no scratches whatsoever, the pics you sent me looks like some one had a metal brush from an auto mechanic and started to scrap the floor, that is crazy, the stove feet are round and made of thick plastic they will never make those scratches it’s common sense."
