"L&N Builders Group installed my Cali Bamboo flooring incorrectly. There is deflection all throughout the install and the floor cannot handle it. Cali (who I bought the floor from), hired an investigator whom reported L&N were at fault. L&N had a project manager that was starting to help us resolve the issue and one day, he was fired from L&N. I called the owner and he wanted no part in helping us resolve our issue. Beware of this company. They are what you fear in a construction company. They take your money and ignore that they have any responsibility for the outcome, they even fire their employees to eliminate liability."
