Dave and his team were wonderful to work with. We met with several contractors for our new deck and Dave was recommended by our architect. He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! We've already recommended Dave to another friend and would happily use him again for future relevant work.

It was a pleasure from start to finish to work with Dave. He promptly responded when I first reached out and came out to check the deck the same day and a time convenient to me. With other contractors, I had to take time off of work or do it very late in the day but with Dave it was perfect. He even helped with the paperwork I had to file with the village building department, everyone else just didn't seem to care much about the paperwork and weren't as helpful as Dave. The quote he gave me beat the other 2 quotes I got. Dave and his team were true professionals and were always available to talk and would return my calls promptly. I would recommend them to any one and would hire them again in future.
