"Couldn't recommend more highly! I left my stormdoor slightly ajar during a windstorm and it was almost ripped off the hinges. Danian responded quickly, provided an estimate and had a new door sourced and installed in no time (he even came out after hours to deliver the door and took time and care to install it, despite the freezing weather, on a weekend). "Karim patiently toned the wires, changed the sensors and updated our master panels and keypads. He replaced some wires and figured out how to get the existing wires to work with the new system. He spent the time talking to technical support and testing so that the new system could be made to work seamlessly without having to open walls. He knows security and suggested some adjustments to our system that made sense to me and my husband. Karim and his co-workers were dressed neatly in company shirts, they swept up sawdust from drilling and left things tidy each day."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!
