This is our third time we have worked with Billy and Westchester Doors. He is always very professional and courteous and very quick to respond to a call. We had an issue with one of our doors and he came within the hour to fix the issue. For the last set of garage doors he installed he came with his van and showed us all the possible combinations for the door design along with guidance based on pricing needs. He said it would be 4-6 weeks once we confirmed order and it was 5 weeks they delivered and were installed. Look great! Thank you Billy and Westchester Doors for another successful project! We would highly recommend Billy for your next garage door project.

Billy Ponce is the most unprofessional ?professional? I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He?s a scam artist. Worst customer service I have ever come across. I know it seems tempting to save a few bucks by going with this company, but do yourself a favor and save yourself some heartache by going with a company who actually knows what they are doing. You will end up paying more than the agreed upon price in the long run. The technician did not hook up the wires to the sensors correctly and I had to pay an electrician to come out and fix it. They also left my garage and driveway a mess, it looked like a tornado blew through there. And when you call to inform them that you are unhappy with their work and try to give them a chance to fix it, you would not believe the attitude and disrespect coming from the other end of the phone. do not say I did not warn you!!

Billy from Westchester Doors promptly came and gave an estimate for a door with a higher R-value than the competition at a lower price. He quoted a name brand door, not a private label like one of his competitors. Of the four bids I got, Westchester Doors had the best lead time and was the only company that actually followed up after the quote to see if I had any questions.

There was a prompt visit for estimate. Billy was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He also presented proof of COI, which is just one less thing to be concerned about. Billy told prepared me for exactly what I needed and should expect during the process. The products appear to be of high quality and the install tech had a smooth installation. The door looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys installed my garage door that was purchased from home depot. I waited 16 weeks to get the door from home depot and after westchester doors installed it, the garage door completely collapsed shattering the glass windows. They completely missed the stud when installing. We now have a window blown out on the door and are waiting another 16 weeks to get the top panel repaired. They also did not properly re-order the new replacement door. I am not waiting over 24 weeks to get the door repaired. This is awful service. I would highly not recommend going with these guys.
