The technicians were very helpful and patient in suggesting which Ring product to buy at Best Buy and also which chime to purchase at the local hardware store, which I did while they were working. They worked very quickly and efficiently and were careful to not waste any time. On top of this, they performed all of this work during the Coronavirus lockdown period and respectfully wore masks the whole time, which I m sure was very uncomfortable for them to do so while doing all of this complicated work. We had an outdated circuit box which could not support our use of several appliances simultaneously. We could not iron and run the air conditioners at the same time.
