"Excellent.  Rob, the owner, gave the estimate.  Told him only that we wanted to make the house safe in another bad storm and asked for his recommendations.  He selected which trees to remove, said stump grinding was included for esthetic reasons, recommended pruning of other trees.  Perhaps most importantly, he said that he believed in saving trees and not just removing them because they "looked" dangerous.  A healthy tree, not immediately atop the house, could be kept as long as it was properly trimmed/pruned. 
Other estimates only talked about cutting trees down.

His 2 man crew were polite, cleaned up everything from where they dug and even cleaned our crawl spaces and under the stairs before using waterproof paint.
