The whole process was professional from the initial inspection of my old unit to the installation of my new radiant plus gas insert. When I called because I couldn't get my pilot to light, Jason came that day to look at it. It turns out that a contractor working on my floor had turned off the gas. I don't usually leave reviews but the service was exceptional.

prompt, friendly, clean, informative and efficient service. Very happy with my purchase and the level of service provided. Ran inot a slight concern with the surround panels. They ended up not charging me the approx. $200 for the panels that were not able to be installed. Panels were shipped to my home free of charge.

Big Ash Fireplace and Stove knows the job well and specializes in what works best. They were very helpful and professional. They also cleaned up the mess, so we didn t have to.
