"The installers arrived on time.  Began work immediately.  Worked straight through (it was an all-day job). Some of the old windows were extremely difficult to remove as they had not been installed properly. The installers cleaned up as they went along and at the end made sure that everything was clean.  They courteously answered any of our questions. 
I knew there would be problems with the storm doors, but when they were finished, both doors were perfect.
