Reliable Metal Roofing

Rob was responsive at first. He gave an estimate for replacing the shingle roof with a metal roof and replacing windows and doors.
Rob stayed in contact while replacing the roof but it was hard to communicate with him due to phone issues on his end.  He ordered roofing materials and said there will not be surprises. We transferred funds to metal roofing company to purchase the supplies. He agreed to give us the receipts for the metal roofing supplies but never did. We received the receipts from the metal roofing supply company.  He ordered the windows and doors from Lowe's. Thankfully, we paid Lowe's directly for windows and doors. Rob finished the roof. He received a few jobs from people in the neighborhood while waiting on windows and doors to come in. He said he would be ready to install them when they came in at approximately 9/23/14. We could not reach him when the windows and doors arrived at Lowe's. As a result, we started shopping around for another contractor to install the windows and doors. After leaving messages via email and voicemail, we heard back from him on 10/15/14. At that time, he said he was ready to install the windows and doors. We informed him we were disappointed that we had not heard from him and we were shopping around for someone else to do the installation. After receiving estimates form other contractors, we decided to try to save money and give him a second chance and again we did not receive a response from him. We used another contractor to install windows and doors, which cost us more time and money. The other contractor installed the windows and doors December.

We had a very bad communication problem.   I gave him a $600.00 deposit and he never got back to me except to tell me he would be there on Saturday(three Saturdays in a row) which he never showed.  He said he was having phone problems.  When he finally came his work was great.  He did everything I needed done and a little more. He dose very good work and I was very  happy with the results.  I think after this he will be better with his customer communication skills

My experience with them went okay. They ended up not fixing it immediately and came back again. Overall, it went well.

Robert did an amazing job on my roof.   He is a very pleasant person to work with, and is very nice.  He replaced my roof very quickly.   I have had lots of comments from my neighbors about how good the roof looks.  I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a roofer.

Mr. Russo responded promptly to my call and came over immediately to give me an estimate.  His estimate was competitive with other estimates I received.  I decided to go with Mr. Russo because of his professionalism and apparent expertise in roofing.  I was not disappointed.  He finished the job within the time frame promised and kept the cost to his estimate.  He assured me that his work is guaranteed and the problem leak is fixed.  I will definitely use him for future roofing jobs.    

Called Robert Russo for estimate. He came immediately gave estimate. I had already had another estimate for much higher for the same work so I choose Robert and signed contract for him to do the work. I gave Robert a cash down payment and he gave me a reasonable date for the work to be done. Robert ordered the materials and they were delivered just like he said .
I called to check and make sure we were on schedule for the day the work was to begin. Robert answered his phone and told me yes we were on track and work was ready to begin. Had some really bad rain which post-poned work in the middle of it for one day but he came on saturday to finish instead of waiting til monday to finish job.cleaned up all the yard and work area very nice. I have young children but no problem all was cleaned up like it was before the roof was done.
Robert was relaible and very easy to work with. I love my green metal roof.Best roof around!
