The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !! "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Use literally anyone but Isaacs. They will take $50k+ of your money and leave you with inoperable, disfunctional heating/ac throughout your entire house. Then do absolutely nothing to help you. They will say over and over how they will make it right. When in reality they will do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to work with Isaacs. I could not regret hiring them more. It's been 6 months of pure torture."

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

Hubby is running a hugely important all day meeting for 80 people via Zoom tomorrow, from his attic office, so it had to get fixed tonight! So glad I signed up for an annual service plan. Service is cheerful, competent, and prompt!"

"Very well. Upon examining the chimney, Mr. Kreider recommended a rebuild, which he would not be able to do this year. He said he could replace the crumbling mortar and put cement around the chimney to make it safe. I considered it but asked if there was something temporary that could be done instead. He offered to wrap the chimney with wire mesh which would stabilize it, and do a rebuild in the spring. I was pleased with the solution and happy that his son Mike accomplished the task soon afterward."

"I worked with Richard Doyle directly. He and his staff are super nice, professional and honest. Richard has been doing wood working and remodeling for over 30 years and has a excellent reputation. I gave a "B" on price only because he sells and does quality work. So it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! So no - it's really a "A" but it is high end quality. I had this idea for a dream kitchen and he made it come true. I wanted "Zebra wood" frameless cabinets and he was the only reseller for the company that I thought could deliver the product that I wanted. Turned out the cabinet website pictures were not really what they sold as far as finishes. We spent months finding all the right manufactures to make the cabinets and do the veneers. He loved the challenge and really never charged me for the time he put in to get it right and it was right! These are not Ikea flimsy frameless cabinets. Mine have dovetail joints and solid wood with soft close hardware. 1963 kitchen and bath to 2030 modern. Love it."
