41 I’m not sure of the quality of the work, he was hired by the plumber who installed my furnace in 2014, but he hasn’t followed up with the inspection required for closing the building permit and CO. I’ve called more than 10 times without any follow up.
Did good job cleaning outside but coils for ac inside were not accessible. 20 point inspection is misleading. It should be advertised by Angie as cleaning debris on outside unit. It had lots of leaves and had a nest near compressor so it needed cleaning.
