Our inspector was knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out Problems as well as noting possible ways to correct these. He also gave an online report. He was prompt and accommodated our schedule. Unfortunately radon was detected and the seller did not want to remediate so we ended up not being able to close the deal.

The inspector was very knowledgeable and thorough. There were some additional questions and follow-up that were taken care of after the inspection as well. A great inspection company to work with!

George Cline called me back the same day I left a message and we set up a time for the equipment to be placed in the basement.  He came at the designated time, left the equipment for 48 hours and picked up at the designated time.  He explained the results to my mother at the time of pick up as I couldn't be there and then followed up with a call to me.  I was very happy with his professionalism, courtesy, promptness in returning my phone call and how quickly he was able to come and perform the testing.  He emailed the results later on the same day that he picked up the equipment and provided the name of a remediation business since the result was above the federally recommended limit.
We were VERY happy and would recommend him.

We hired Homepro inspections to inspect our home we ended up buying shortly after. 
As soon as I met George at the home for the inspection he was already on the roof taking pictures and documenting the roof condition. He was very detailed and gave advice on certain areas of the home. The inspection report was digital and was sent straight to my email the next day. The report was 34 pages. Each category was very detailed showing the description, recommendations, and limitations. I would recommend Homepro to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Home Pro was recommended by both my realtor and a co-worker. I have no complaints at all about this company. I worked with George for the home inspection on a house in which I put a purchase offer. He was right on time, we were a few minutes late and when I got there, he was already on the roof! He promptly came down, introduce himself and gave us the details on what he seen so far. He was very professional, detailed, and spoke in simple terms that we could understand. He didn't rush through the inspection at all and was very open to answer all our questions. I would definitely use this company again! The price was very reasonable especially considering what other companies wanted to charge me.

George inspected my current home in 2002 and didn't miss anything so I hired him again for my next house. He spent just over 2hrs checking out the house. He found some cracks in the foundation from frost but as an engineer he could make the decision that they were not serous. He is flexible enough to crawl through the entire attic looking for problems. He also did a radon test. He sent me a report with pictures of potential problems by the end of the day.

George scoured the house looking into everything. He spent far longer than the estimated time at no added cost.
While there were no real problems, he made many great suggestions for safety issues. He also found minor water leaks that I had no idea existed.

We are in contract with a new home and had HomePro do the home inspection and radon testing. We really have nothing but positive things to say. Rick was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very thourough. He pointed out many things about this 99 year old home as we went through with him, both positives and negatives about the home, explaining what we would need to do to fix it. We received an incredibly detailed report the next morning, which included written and photographed descriptions of the issues, as well as links to additional information. We received the radon testing results three days later.

Each experience was wonderful, and helped guide my home purchase. Several of his inspections found problems that the sellers were not willing to address, leading me to back out of purchasing those homes. George provides an extremely detailed report, over 30 pages, including photos and complete explanations of all the systems in your house, as well as rough estimates on repair costs, and amounts you should budget for future repairs and timing for replacements. I would definitely use them again if I'm ever in the market for a home.

George did a wonderful job inspecting my first home on the Genesee River. He took the time to explain things to me like what a soffit vent was and why it's needed for the roof. He took photos that he included in his report he sent to me so that I could visually see what was going on. His detailed report is serving as a road map on how to manage my house because owning a home is a daunting but enjoyable journey. His report helped get me seller concessions and lower the asking price so I got my money's worth as well as knowledge and peace of mind because he inspected everything and listed what didn't work or what needed repair. His report also listed items on what to budget for in the future. He is very kind.

I am an experienced property developer and I was most impressed with their whole work ethic. They were on time, the inspection was very comprehensive and within 1-2 days I had a 30-35 page report complete with photographs. Each report was broken down into sections and was very easy to read and understand. They were most happy to answer any queries I had and gave me excellent advice as part of their very reasonably priced service. Absolutely no 'Don'ts'.

It was an organized comprehensive look through the house that took about 1 and a half hours, from accessing the garage structure to roof and basement inspection. This company did everything but pest inspections. The report came to us a few days later and we were able to make judgments on purchase and adjustments based on the report findings. All inspections should cost around this much. When we asked about more detail regarding one part of the report, Bill was happy to answer questions and be more specific.
