    Superb job! And I say this as a perfectionist who expects flawless work. We've been here for 44 years and this is far and away the best paint job we've ever had on the exterior of our house. Steve is is the best there is! Honest, trustworthy and professional. His crew is fantastic. Wilmer, the foreman, takes great pride in his work. From pressure washing, to prep, to painting, they did a great job. The prepping work was done with great care. Wonderful guys. They were here for six days and we were actually sorry to see them leave. They felt like family. Steve roofed our house 5 years ago and the roofing job, like the paint job, is the best we've ever experienced. Steve has also done a lot of carpentry work for us, including a new porch, and, once again, the absolute best work we've ever seen. The pricing is very, very fair. Save yourself and lot of time and energy and go with these guys. They are absolutely the best in the business. Many thanks, again, Steve!!

    I had a remarkable experience with this company. Hernan came over and gave me a quote to refinish my deck, which was much better then all the other ones I got. After I approved the job, he started right away. He came over that night with paint samples. No need to go looking around, as he had every color imaginable. He then came over the following day with 3 of our favorite samples in which we had the luxury of seeing what it actually looked like on the deck before picking our final color. Next thing you know, he started the job. The amount of love that was put into my deck, was as if I were doing the job myself. He made my 23 year old deck look new. I was in shock with how well he did it. From repurposing, sanding, power washing to painting, everything came out to our perfection without having to point stuff out, as he legit went beyond our expectations. Especially with the uprise in prices of Lumber, I am very happy I went with this company. I would use this company again for future needs, and highly recommend this company if you want a quality job done by a professional with great prices and no stress

    The painters were careful, responsive, polite, arrived on time, always put in a full day’s work, worked neatly, always cleaned up each evening. The work that was completed was just as described in the contract. Emails, texts, and phone calls were responded to immediately.     The work was nothing short of amazing. The roof replacement took only one day and once completed Niko made certain the work was perfect but that every nail and piece of debris was carted away. The stucco was repaired, followed by the exterior paint job and gutter and leader replacement. Every aspect of the job was monitored by Niko who was constantly present to address our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Ghicas Painting and Contracting and of course, Niko who made the construction at our home a great experience

    First used Preferred Choice in 2016 for window cleaning (based on Angie’s List reviews) and was pleased with their service, so decided to give them a try at Power washing my house and driveway….glad I did. I wanted someone who could deal with a variety of surfaces without damaging any of them. Aluminum siding, slate stairs, vinyl sunroom enclosure and concrete driveway. I did a walkthrough of work I wanted performed (for both estimate and day of work). The cost of the job estimate, and final bill were the same. The driveway was a real chore hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years and looks great now. House and awnings were cleaned well, got rid of moss on North side of house that’s been annoying me. Vinyl siding which was filthy was also fully cleaned and not damaged which was a concern of mine since it’s a softer surface. The job was performed by two workers, took them better part of day. They were diligent in performing work and were polite and respectful in answering my questions throughout he day. They also moved and cleaned some items that were blocking work on concrete. I expected them to move the patio furniture, but not to clean them as a well, so that a plus for them. All in all, the two times I’ve used Preferred Choice, I’ve been completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others
