Mark came out to the house, answered all our questions and spent quite a bit of time going through options - didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need - but thought we did b/c another "big" company tried to sell it to us (we've never needed a water softener in our previous home and were in uncharted waters). Didn't try to sell us a monthly service as others had etc. James came out and installed the system - He was neat, efficient, went over our questions before he left. We had a question the next day and Mark got back to us in 10 min. The quality of our water has dramatically improved. This is a wonderful local, family business,"

His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need.
