"Spoke with Alex in the early morn, he came to assess the entire prop and his Team showed up before 4 P.M. and totally cleared off the jungle of weeds and trimmed and styled large and small out of control bushes all around the prop. Down to the small rocks from the curb to the sides and back of our house - looks like a new place now to us and we will be brining him back for other projects and the repeats when needed. Like Alex says, they don't mess around. Very courteous, professional Owner and crew. Very Fair pricing I suggest you call Alex for your next outdoor Lawn, Landscaping or tree trimming project."

Barbara went over the process, what would be done on the day of and next day, gave us the price, so we booked our cleaning. "After 29 years, it was time to replace our 25-year roof. Ansen did the job! Derek was very helpful in helping us choose the correct color. Lots of choices, all quality products. Very informative. Price was very reasonable. Scheduling was great & reliable. He called the evening before to confirm after checking the weather (it was so-so for a few days). If it rains, they have to reschedule. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. The actual noisy part of the work began around 9 AM to be respectful to the neighbors. 6 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. Derek showed me where and why. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed. I don't have pictures, but Derek will provide a list of completed jobs, including the brand & color used so you can see them. Need a roof? Call Ansen."

He also checked the other thermostats to make they were OK. Would use him again if needed."
