They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. We removed sheetrock and installed new, installed crown molding, changed door frames, installed a backsplash, painted, sanded and stained the bedroom floor. The job turned out excellent. Elmer, the owner, did most of the work himself. He is always open to discussion, and has many good ideas. He aims to please. While he was there, I added a small job in my bathroom - he was happy to do it. Very neat, cleans up each day. Very pleasant to talk with. I have him coming back soon to install a new front door, fix my outside steps, fix cracks in foundation. Elmer can do almost anything. I highly recommend Falcon Construction.
