Communication was drawn out for months, so it’s now October and I finally know Dave is not accepting any responsibility in my $891 repair bill that stated: *intake liner not to top of flue *open hole in top plate *no animal protection present *birds have entered into flue area, old smoke chamber, and have nested *unit must be removed and cleaned *new liners and termination cap required for safe, efficient venting. Needless to say I am very disappointed in my company choice and certainly do not recommend Affordable Heating."
