"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED BLIND. Ruben Tinoco, his nephew Yair Misaray, and the movers he has employed STOLE ALL OF MY MOTHERS JEWELRY!! Prying open and breaking her jewelry box in an attempt to get to the Watches, two wedding ring sets, including her wedding ring with my father that was going to be passed down to me. When they didn’t find the jewelry in the box, they ended up rummaging through HER BAG and found it all!! THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS, AND AN ENTIRE LIFETIME OF COLLECTED JEWLERY. They stole the money and gift cards out of my 9-YEAR-OLD brothers birthday cards, but left the cards, took his Nintendo Switch out of the case, as well as all the games, but left the case. Ruben claims his nephew watched his employees put all of my Mothers boxes in the trucks, which means he would have OVERSEEN them stealing thousands of dollars worth of belongings. THESE PEOPLE SAW A SINGLE MOTHER, AND PREYED ON HER AND THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU TOO!!! Every single one of my Mothers belongings were rummaged through while it was in their possession! Save yourself the heartache of losing your lifetimes worth of precious possessions!!! HE CONTINUES TO DODGE ANY AND ALL CONTACT WITH US. WE WANT OUR FAMILY’S BELONGINGS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"Re: Order A5767076 Aaron: On May 25, 2019, we engaged US National Van Lines to deliver a furniture shipment to our customer, Ahmad Sultani, in Nebraska. US Van took possession of the furniture, accepted payment in the amount of $1,785 and represented to us that the furniture would be delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, US Van did not live up to its agreement and never delivered the furniture as agreed to. US Van held the furniture for nearly three months without the goods so much as even leaving the warehouse, promising over and over again that our delivery to Mr. Sultani was next on the schedule. In turn, we promised Mr. Sultani that delivery was on the way and there was nothing to be concerned about. Little did we know that US Van had no intention of ever making this delivery, but rather only had designs on stealing our $1,785 fee. On August 10, 2019, without notice or explanation, US Van returned the furniture to us undelivered. We have pictures of the furniture being dropped off and contemporaneous notes documenting the drop off. Upon receiving the goods back, the driver assured us that we would receive a refund for the shipping charge — after all, nothing was ever shipped. No work was performed. No services were rendered. The agreement was breached. We ultimately had to refund Mr. Sultani his purchase price, causing us to lose a major sale and income, not to mention suffering reputational damage. After not receiving a refund as promised, we contacted Chase to reverse the charge that was processed by US Van. Chase reversed the charge, but it now appears that US Van objected to this reversal even though US Van knew that it never made the agreed upon delivery and thus failed to perform under the agreement. US Van is not entitled to a dollar, let alone $1,785. US Van has no right to payment. We demand an immediate refund, failing which we will be forced to resort to litigation. And please note that we will not only sue you for the stolen $1,785 and our court costs, but we will also pursue you for the damages suffered as a result of lost profits. For good measure, you will also be reported to the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, the NYS Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Of course, we will also post on Yelp and other consumer sites a copy of this letter and the pictures of your driver surreptitiously dropping the furniture back to our store.
