We were able to set up a video chat, go through my entire home, and get a detailed offer, and do a full review of it all within an hour. The entire process was handled by Joey who was very patient and informative. Move day I had a great team; the head of the team was Kelvin. The company makes a phone call the day before the move and during the move two times to keep you on the same page, but it did feel to be a bit much. Better safe than sorry, I guess.
