"I had Everdry come in a while ago because my basement would get water at the craziest times. I saw them at the Erie County Fair and the lady talked to me about everything they offer and loved how they would come to the house to talk more with out knowing if i would do this. when the guy came over and i showed him what i had we talked about everything and worked out that this was something i needed done. they workers that came where very nice, the mess to very little plugged any holes my wall might have as well. before they left they even helped me put my washer and dryer back. i have been very happy going with Everdry, i have not had one problem and my basement is dry as a bone.. both my son and myself have been feeling so much better health wise as well and this was a huge point for me. if you are looking for a really good company to come in and give you honest answers this is the company. they did not try to sell me more then i needed and knew what i could afford and worked with me."

"Norb was quick to show up for the estimate, and gave a contract price that I felt was acceptable given the difficulty I had finding a contractor to commit to doing the work. He kept in good communication leading up to, and throughout, completion of the job. The total work from start to finish took about five or six business days. PROS - The flooring turned out excellent, and Norb gave good suggestions on the type and color of the flooring for the space. I would definitely hire him again for flooring install. The installation of the bathtub itself, tub and shower fixtures, and the toilet turned out good, and the leak ended up fixed. CONS - He did not test his plumbing after his initial installs, which led to two separate times that I tested it, and the new plumbing leaked. Of course, simple mistakes are easy to make, and one of the new leaks was a faulty part, but plumbers should know to test their plumbing before giving people the OK to use. Each time, he was responsive and fixed it immediately, it just made the process much more frustrating. Also, the paint job was less than professional. Half of the white trim is now painted blue, including the trim of the bathroom door which is literally half blue and half white. We never discussed painting the trim, and I'm not sure why anyone would. He also damaged sections of my front brick patio in the process of ripping out the old tub, and neither offered to fix it nor offered to reduce the cost of the job to allow me to pay a mason to come repair it, even after I mentioned the damage to him. Overall, the bathroom looks great at first glance, and the leak is fixed. I would only hire him again to install new flooring, which he was great at."

"Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"
