"Very Professional' /Clean'. /Efficient/ Very Satisfied Highly Recommended"

"Eric from Vanguard was amazing to work with. My sewage grinder pump completely failed during the holidays. Not only did he text me within minutes of my submission, he came out the next morning, quickly assessed what could be done and replaced my pump the next business day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with time. The cost, all in, was well below what I had feared I would need to pay. Additionally, he offered future-looking advice (without any obligation) on things to consider in the future. I recommend Vanguard Plumbing to anyone seeking a plumber who is honest, friendly, efficient, and cost effective."

"Our sump system and drainage around our house was completely shot. This caused mold to grow on the drywall in my finished basement. While the service is not cheap it was professionally done on time as scheduled.Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of quickly without question. I would highly recommend this company if you have water issues."

"This is a quality business with outstanding customer satisfaction. We dealt with sales, customer contact and install personnel. All were outstanding. They helped us to be confident and not apprehensive in our choice of company and products. They are a good choice."

"Very nice installers. Explained everything, cleaned up after installing new shower from tub removal. I love the new walk in shower. They use quality materials."

"Matt worked hard to find ways to make things better but keep costs low. He worked quickly and efficiently. We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. We grabbed some of his cards so we could recommend him to friends and family. We are extremely pleased."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Highly recommend! Had several tree stumps removed from my yard and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Bill was professional, responsive, and worked fast. Everything was cleaned up really well afterward too. I’d definitely use him again for future work."
