They spent a lot of manhours analyzing, testing, and finally fixing the causes and replacing two faulty pumps over a 3 week period. They kept coming back to solve the problems, waiting for new pumps to arrive in the dead of winter. A year later it is working fine, no more leaks or overflows. And they did it including working outside around and in a sewage manhole to take out old pumps and install the new ones during 3 of the oldest days of that winter.
