"Friendly expert service. I had three different plumbing companies over 2 years trying to fix a sewage backup in our basement, check or repair pumps and control box problems. Very frustrating and expensive partial repairs each time. Beyond their expertise they said. But CJM was great. They were the only that company fixed it. They spent a lot of manhours analyzing, testing, and finally fixing the causes and replacing two faulty pumps over a 3 week period. They kept coming back to solve the problems, waiting for new pumps to arrive in the dead of winter. A year later it is working fine, no more leaks or overflows. And they did it including working outside around and in a sewage manhole to take out old pumps and install the new ones during 3 of the oldest days of that winter. Big time Kudos to Chris Megan and his crew! I highly recommend them for their expertise and quality of work. And best of all they are nice people."

"I received service in January 2021 for a problem I was having with my hot water heating system. Problems were solved after replacing some components and I was not happy with the overall outcome of the way the repairs went. I paid for the service and everything was working but I felt like I had been given a wrong diagnosis based on details I will not get into. As a result, I gave an unfavorable rating grade. Recently I was contacted by one of the owners to discuss my experience. Ray and I had a long conversation and came to a reconsideration of the bill I paid. Ray has always been extremely pleasant to converse with and at the conclusion offered to refund the complete charges for the services in question. I never felt like I was taken advantage of, but was not comfortable with the process of the diagnosis and the resulting charges. I was left wondering whether other options, or tests should have been considered but I did not want to seem like I was questioning the technician opinions or skills. I new his skills were on an expert level but that does not necessarily mean that an error could not occur. At any rate I am going to try to remove my original rating and wholeheartedly give 5 stars across the board for Polar heating and plumbing. The fact that I was contacted to discuss my concerns and given a refund when I was not even anticipating this is a testament in itself that they are truly concerned with their customers opinions and ultimately the outcome and status of their work. I will continue to consider them with any needs I have in the future and am removing my earlier rating for them. Businesses that go to this level of customer care are, in my opinion, few and far between. Thanks Ray and all your staff for making me feel much better about the experience I had. I look forward to working with you in the future and I will highly recommend your business to anyone I can."
