"I requested to snake out my sewer before it backs up and floods my first floor before freezing temperature starts. I had that problem last year. I said it?s not clogged nor I have a flood . Price they charged was $250. The guys came took pictures of grease build up and maybe laundry buildup which of course expected from a sewer line and charge me $500 !!! I complained about it and price went down to $450!! I?m surprise they did not charge me for the pee and p xx that went down there too.. I?m soo disappointed. Don?t use this scammers I would have use my emergency guys when it get clogged they charged me less . What a big scammer this company is. They dig out dirt to get into the pipe I understand but charge double ? "

"Also known as 'Gee HVAC Services', which is the company I thought I hired. They had 5 reviews and had 4 stars so I was fine with that. I only noticed that it was Granty's Topline Services when we got our receipt. We called initially to get heating fixed in an extension room. After they came the heat in the whole rest of the house went out. That's when I checked the receipt and then realized that this is not the company I thought I hired. When I found them on Yelp I thought they were Gee HVAC Services. That's when I saw the 1 star reviews and realized we were scammed. We literally paid $600+ to have our heat broken in the entire house. On top of that, after we called to have him come back and fix it, the heat was on in the house, but 2 hours later there was smoke coming out of the boiler room and water was EVERYWHERE. He said it was because we needed to change the water valve, but this problem didn't happen until he came to break it. I am now in tears and it is going to be 9 degrees tomorrow night and I currently have Covid. This has been an absolute disaster. Edit: I came back to do an update since we finally got a legit HVAC person in to fix the mess Tony made. First of all, he didn't do a tune up. Or at least the guy who fixed this said it was the shoddiest work he's ever seen. Secondly, he almost killed us. He bypassed the controller and hooked up the boiler to the always on mode, so pretty soon there was steam coming out of our boiler room and it was chugging out boiling water. It eventually would have exploded. I am considering any legal action I can and will review on every single site I can to warn people to stay away. This man is a crook. Also, my husband told me when he was first here and was looking at the radiator in a different room he had water spewing everywhere. I didn't know this at the time because I was sick in bed with Covid and my husband didn't want to upset me. Absolute disaster. I was fooled by the other business name he 'works' under (really steals)."

"Had a backup in our sewer trap in the basement. Called Pipe Monkeys and spoke to Kirk, he listened to my situation and said they could resolve our problem today and was very reassuring. He said they would be here within the hour. Technician Nick came on time and assessed the situation and got to work right away. He snaked out the trap and ran the snake out to the street a few times and pulled out some old roots from a long dead tree that used to be outside of our house. Problem solved and our drains are now flowing freely. Nick cleaned up the area around the trap and took away the dead roots. I found him to be professional and courteous. Would recommend them."
