Rick from Monroe Septic was very patient with our questions concerning our damaged septic tank and the installation of the new tank. We've always been on city sewers so getting a new tank for our new house was something we wanted to make an informed decision about. Monroe Septic did everything above board.... clear estimate and worked with the town to get the proper permit and inspection. They showed up on time with the right equipment and the right amount of people to get the job done. We were a bit nervous about having the work done so close to Christmas and the end of year, thinking that someone would be sick or take a vacation, but these guys are pros. The work was done while we had other contractors on-site-- Monroe Septic was courteous about allowing others to have driveway access. The best testament to their work is that they put our yard back the way they found it. Great job!
Description of Work: We used Monroe Septic to excavate old septic tank and install new tank.
