"Brian had a couple of other jobs but was able to make it to my house in the evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the tub faucet and swapped out the cartridge, which had frozen and cracked. Pretty straightforward and Brian was able to resolve it quickly. The sink faucet had similar problem but was more problematic. Brian had to disconnect a lot of the plumbing to extract the cold water tap and extract the cartridge. Was a bit of struggle since it was screwed on very tight. But he was able to finally remove and replace the cartridge, and then reconnect everything. He also noticed that the water in the toilet was frozen and that the flapper was about to go, so he swapped that out quickly. All together, it was a couple of hours of work, but he was able to resolve everything, which was a big relief."

We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet.
