"We could not be more happy with the job Hire Her Home Improvement did on our project. This is our 2nd time working with Angela and her team, and they did a fabulous job. We had a new floor put in our main kitchen, and a major rebuild in the basement apartment after mold remediation. This included masonry and plumbing, drywall, trim, and studs,cabinet rebuild, painting, and tile floor installation in multiple rooms. All Angela's workers are very skilled, respectful to your home, and punctual. They turned our nightmare into a dream come true after our awful experience finding mold in our house. Jason, Billy, and Steve were always a pleasure, did beautiful work, and left everything neat and clean when they were finished. Angela is a gem; she's so thoughtful and communicative, and on top of everything. We would recommend Hire Her to anyone in a heart beat."

"Technician did not impress me as being very knowledgeable. He arrived in a Mr. Rooter truck so I guess he was more about drains and sewers than plumbing and heating. When he arrived, my wife showed him the Angie's list coupon for 10% off and he said "No problem". The extrol tank he installed on the hot water heater was twice as big as the one removed and it is sitting dangerously close to the exhaust stack. I will have to replace this when I get a chance! After the technician left, we noticed he had NOT given us the 10% off so we called D. Rohde. We were told it would be taken care of as soon as she reached someone in the invoicing group. We have called more than 4 times and keep getting the same "pass the buck" story and never received our 10% off! What a joke! I guess I will start using Home Advisor instead of Angie's list!!! In addition, after the technician left, we had no hot water. It turns out the pilot light was out. I was able to reset it but was away and my daughter who lives there had no hot water for several days until I returned to check it out."

"We have a smaller upstairs bathroom that had not been touched since 1975. The shower had been unusable for over a decade due to leakage. The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. Radical Renovations (Angelo) was recommended to us by N & S Supply in Kingston and I'm SO happy we hired him! He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. "I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. They are VERY NEAT workers, always cleaning as they go. They’re reliable, trustworthy and you can tell they aren’t just in it for the money. Humberto is really compassionate."
