"John and his crew installed two over the counter light fixtures in our bathroom. The installation was challenging since access to the electric recepticle boxes in the wall was only through the holes in the full-wall mirror that had been cut previously to receive the light fixtures that had previosly been installed there but had to be replaced. Also the company that supplied the new fixtures supplied us with one inappropriate mounting plate.
John and his crew did an excellent job in handling a delicate situation. We are very happy with the outcome, and the new fixtures look great.
John also kindly gave us a briefing on the electrical wiring arrangements for our generator and its transmission box. We are now much better educated in that respect--and particuarly understand better what equipmnt will operate when we are on generator power.

"LOVO promptly responded to my home to evaluate when my alarm system could be repaired at no cost. When we decided to replace the panel and keypad, we received a price quote within a day. We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time.
