Our experience with Pinnacle was very positive. We had a retaining wall, front steps and front walk built. We solicited bids from 5 contractors and, by comparison, Pinnacle's seemed very fair. Co-owners Nathan and Rachael are excellent communicators. Nathan listened carefully to our plan and offered thoughtful suggestions. Rachael kept us up to date on the schedule as our start time approached. Nathan was on site for the whole project and did the work with one friendly assistant. They were considerate of our neighbors, for example by starting work at a reasonable hour and cleaning up thoroughly each day. The work itself is truly exceptional in quality. Nathan is a master craftsman and real perfectionist. We've received many positive comments from our neighbors and others.
