Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was.
