"Finding a reliable and honest plumber is a hard thing to find. I asked friends/family and nobody knew anyone i could call. Luckily i remembered seeing a Angieslist commercial on TV and decided to give it a try and i am so glad i did. After searching around i found Jimmy of Clearway Plumbing, What a great company! They showed up fast exacly when he told me he would and even though i was told by a friend of mine who is handy around the house that i would have to replace my toilet and it couldn't be repaired Jimmy at Clearway assured me that it could be fixed, would cost significantly less to repair and that replacing it would be a waste of money and that if i made the repairs the toilet would work like brand new. Since i saw other reviews saying how great and honest Jimmy is i decide to take his advice and i am so glad i did. Within an hour i had a completely repaired toilet that worked like new and cost way less then i ever would have thought. Jimmy from Clearway is the company to call for any of your plumbing needs you will not find someone more honest, fair and reliable. Since the repair of my toilet i have used Jimmy multiple times for other issues and so has my friends and we have had nothing but good experiences and i would highly recommend Clearway Plumbing to anyone looking for a honest and reliable plumber or heating company you will not be disappointed!"

"Rob and Christine are terrific. Christine handled the appointment and communications until Rob was onsite. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and professional. He pumped the cesspool and then used a digital camera to check inside the cesspool to determine type. Afterward he applied the chemicals. Unfortunately we don't have an overfill pool so we have to pump our cesspool more frequently. Rob explained in detail the process, cost and time to install and overfill pool and we will definitely use Mid Suffolk Cesspool when we're ready."

"They picked up the new windows and all materials needed for us, arrived on time, were friendly and professional and did a great job installing the windows. As the old windows they were removing were in very poor shape and were rotted in areas, it wasn't as simple as some installations may be, but they were able to replace the windows efficiently with great results. "The job started well but it wasn't finished with the level of detail or professionalism I would have expected, especially given some of the stellar reviews on here. I hired them because I believed they would be meticulous. They take on a lot of work and the subcontractor was on the job most of the time (in fact there were many days where there was just a sub-sub contractor here). They only came by about once a week which meant that when mistakes were made, I was almost always the one responsible for catching them. They also were not the most punctual, so I often waited hours for them to come by on the day they did plan to stop by. I could tell when things went wrong aesthetically (like when they used two different colors of grout on my back splash) but I wouldn't have known if the construction was faulty (they hung our medicine cabinet without sinking them so it fell off the wall a few months after the job was done). There are things I am only just now discovering, like wired were just taped together instead of being soldered. I expected more regular supervision which would have saved them from making and then repairing a lot of things. It also would have made me feel more confident in their work. They didn't use silicon to seal the joint between our counters and back splash which is industry standard. Eventually they sent someone back to fix it at my insistence, but they used the wrong color silicon and they just put it over the existing grout. Consequently it has already started peeling off. They also did not use painter's tape when adding the silicon so we have a thick line of silicon that covers part of our backsplash and looks very "DIY." Every time they sent someone back to fix it, it seemed to get worse but neither the owner nor the VP came to oversee the work. We also paid $1000 for "custom" under-cabinet lights, which had to be installed 3 times and were nothing more than a $70 strip of lights from Home Depot (I know because I saw the handyman they sent walk in with a bag from home depot and I saw the receipt). To install these lights, they drilled huge holes in our cabinets, chipped our backsplash and taped lights to the back of our cabinets, so you can see the glow coming from within the cabinetry when they are on. They also taped the wires together, which I have since been told could cause the light to short and is not a good idea. There were several other more polished and professional ways these lights could have been handled and for $1000, I expect something much better than what we got. Towards the end, I got the impression they wanted to finish our job and didn't want to invest the time or money into finishing the job properly. Lastly, one of our cabinets came missing a shelf and instead of ordering a new one for us, they cut a cheap one out of plywood. I emailed requesting the shelf we paid for multiple times, only to be told it wasn't supposed to come with that size cabinet (even though every single other one of our cabinets of the same size have that number of shelves). I have called, texted, emailed and even stopped in multiple times since the job was finish to request they fix these details. Every time I have been told they will look for a design solution or schedule a time to fix the work but they never follow through. At this point, I have to pay even more money to hire someone else to come in and make the fixes. It is unfortunate that they couldn't have handled the details with more care because we would have been happy with the job had they not completely stopped caring towards the end."

"I met with the owner of Two River Interiors, Andrew, before my wife and I had even purchased the house.  Andrew accompanied me for a walk through of the home, during which I outlined the main elements of the work I was looking to have done.  Andrew created a thorough itemized cost sheet that helped me to be certain that what we needed was still within budget. I found the sheet especially useful when negotiating the home price and other disputes once we were in contract.
Immediately upon closing, Andrew and his team went straight to work on the live-in basement suite during the two-week interim of selling our previous home.  Fresh paint, new appliances, carpet, tiles, molding, and doors were added in more than enough time to accommodate us.  Having an infant at the time, we greatly appreciated how quickly and thoroughly the job was done.
The team began work on the main house a little over a month later once we were comfortably settled.  The home had a very 70s vibe with a sunken living room, claustrophobic kitchen, and for some reason a tremendous amount of the interior walls covered in stucco and wood paneling.  Andrew was always very responsive and worked very closely with us to come up with the best design and use of our space. 
Overall, the total time to complete renovation was around 5 months with fairly general hiccups (discovered leaking, mold, some walls not structurally supported properly), but Andrew and his team were always helpful, always patient (of course my wife and I changed things as the project evolved),  and always willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect.  I cannot stress how important that was to us.  Besides their work, which was meticulous and exceptional, having this project done meant having a team working in the same house we were living in for nearly half a year.  Everyone had the same professionalism, work ethic, and honestly that extra something that really developed into a great camaraderie.   
Andrew was always by our side every step of the way, whether meeting us to choose doors, tiles, counter tops, or even sink handles.  He always brought a thoughtful eye and a knowledgeable opinion.  The work of Two River Interiors is above and beyond and I cannot stress how pleased I have been with our entire experience.
