"excellent. Had both tanks serviced, unclogged my toilet and installed a pipe for the one that had a tree planted right on top of cover. They did a lot, and gave me a fair price for everything, They now have a customer for life"

"Elly was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. Though the project ended up being bigger than either of us expected (the drain from the sink to the main line had to be lowered), Elly saw it through to the end. Would definitely recommend.

"They picked up the new windows and all materials needed for us, arrived on time, were friendly and professional and did a great job installing the windows. As the old windows they were removing were in very poor shape and were rotted in areas, it wasn't as simple as some installations may be, but they were able to replace the windows efficiently with great results. We plan on using them again for additional work and would definitely recommend them to others."

"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"Just want to thank the people at On the Level Design and Construction LLC. From the moment i met Ty years ago hes always been a honest and caring guy. He really takes the time to explain all parts of the project, how things are installed and the different products and applications that can be used. This is the second renovation Ty has done for me, and he is really on top of business. I love the fact that i didn't have to go anywhere else, he has a large selection of pretty much everything for the kitchen and bath projects, I did have to go to a plumbing supply house to choose some fixtures, but that's what my wife wanted, she has expensive taste. But overall He literally does the measurements him self and designs the whole thing in front of your eyes on his computer. He spent numerous hours coming up with the right design and supplied all the products, we had some holidays that pushed the delivery but thats understandable, The best thing i can say is that he stands behind his work and we had some damages done on delivery and he quickly rectified the situation. I just want to say, i love giving back to our military, and i can see Ty is proud of his service. If your looking for a good contractor thats honest and will do anything to satisfy the customer, visit On The Level Design and Construction. Henry"

"Anthony and his crew were awesome! Always available, punctual and professional. Nice clean work and fast. They're pricing was better than most and am very happy with the service. They installed a ductless ac unit with 2 heads in my basement. From start to finish they were great. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Two-River’s owner, Andrew Lashchyk, personally as well as his design and construction team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and workmanship throughout the project. Andrew demonstrates a hands-on approach to all the work and holds his subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers accountable. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Two-River’s on-staff carpenters, who were largely on-site for the entire project. They were courteous throughout the entire install as workers and material were brought in and out of our house. They were also meticulous in leaving the house free of dust and the basement debris-less at the conclusion of each day. Andrew and his design team assisted us in providing multiple design options and ideas, in many cases maintaining budget, while not compromising quality. We are highly satisfied with the end product and truly feel that Two-Rivers helped transform our basement from an unusable, cold storage space to an efficient and usable extension to our home. We owe a huge thanks to Andrew and his entire staff and we definitely recommend Two-River Interiors for any small-to-large scale renovation project."

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

The best material to use will depend on your budget and style goals. Fireclay is a great choice but is expensive and heavy. Stainless steel is less expensive and more durable, but lacks the wow factor a clay sink might. Copper is very expensive but lasts a long time and has a striking appearance. Those looking for an industrial look can go with concrete, or those looking for a classic design might choose porcelain.

While stainless steel is quite durable, it is susceptible to scratching. If you use rough, abrasive cleaning tools like steel wool or brushes, you may wind up with scuffs in your stainless steel sink. Additionally, harsh household chemicals including chloride bleach can damage your sink’s finish and decrease its life span.

Yes, it’s necessary to have a sink drain stopper. While your sink will still work without a stopper, a stopper is necessary to keep things other than water from going down into your pipes and potentially clogging them. It prevents plumbing problems by keeping out unwanted debris and objects like hair, soap, toothpaste, dirt, and jewelry.

Yes, you can use flexible pipe for a sink drain. Flexible pipes can make it easier to fit sink plumbing together with less measuring and fewer cuts. However, corrugated flexible pipe can trap hair, grease, and food particles in the folds and cause foul odors and eventually build up enough to clog the drain. Smooth pipes are recommended for sink drains and plumbing.

Yes, plumber's putty ensures a solid bond between the drain assembly and sink. Silicone is a good alternative if you prefer not to use plumber's putty. However, plumber's putty typically isn't visible from the outside of the drain, as you can wipe away any excess when done.
