And done right! Yes, I lucked out ... and called them at the end of their day...they could have easily let it go but instead, came right over and took on the job. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

Well I just like to say It was an absolute pleasure to deal Ty Salazar the president of On The Level Design and Construction.

His staff was courteous and a very helpful,  the helped me from start to finish choosing the cabinetry, the fixtures, tile and spent there time helping me choose the paint colors.

The installed a beautiful new roof and took care of the old leaks

In the interim I was away at my summer home and felt very comfortable and safe leaving my home unattended while they did their work.

They were on time, clean and respectful.  Ty and his staff made sure that if any issue arose they took care of it right away.  They scheduled all deliveries in to coincide with the project efficiently. 

The electrician and plumber did top notch work efficiently and right the first time.

I'm going to miss Ty and his crew I enjoyed having them around and very thankful for the great work
