And done right! Yes, I lucked out ... and called them at the end of their day...they could have easily let it go but instead, came right over and took on the job. He pumped the cesspool and then used a digital camera to check inside the cesspool to determine type. Afterward he applied the chemicals. Unfortunately we don't have an overfill pool so we have to pump our cesspool more frequently. Rob explained in detail the process, cost and time to install and overfill pool and we will definitely use Mid Suffolk Cesspool when we're ready."

He really takes the time to explain all parts of the project, how things are installed and the different products and applications that can be used. This is the second renovation Ty has done for me, and he is really on top of business. I love the fact that i didn't have to go anywhere else, he has a large selection of pretty much everything for the kitchen and bath projects, I did have to go to a plumbing supply house to choose some fixtures, but that's what my wife wanted, she has expensive taste. But overall He literally does the measurements him self and designs the whole thing in front of your eyes on his computer. He spent numerous hours coming up with the right design and supplied all the products, we had some holidays that pushed the delivery but thats understandable, The best thing i can say is that he stands behind his work and we had some damages done on delivery and he quickly rectified the situation.
