He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was willing to work after hours if needed to help get our finished basement back after we had suffered a sewage leak and had to wait until mitigation was complete. A 3-4 day job was complete in 2 days! And one of his workers, Carlos, from the second day stuck around to help me get the heavy and large items back into the basement. "I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "From start to finish everything was easy. Bob walked us through a plan to completely renovate our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, basement and bathroom. Nothing had been updated since 1975 and now everything is brand new. They worked fast and efficient. Will be bringing them back in the spring for more updates on the outside of the house.
