"I hired Alba North to renovate my basement and they did an excellent job! Kristian was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He gave me great ideas which were implemented in a timely manner. His team was great as well! Before getting in touch with Alba North I used another company to renovate my bathroom but was disappointed with their work, the time they took and amount they charged. "Quality Water Group installed a whole house water filtration system as well as an under the counter reverse osmosis system with an instant hot. Our representative, Bob, was very knowledgeable and advised us on the different options that he recommended. It is important to note that he was NOT pushy at all and did not fearmonger (like the two other companies that I had met with). Bob truly went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went as seamless as possible. Our install was done by Mike and Nigel, who did an excellent job. They explained each step to keep me informed during the install. Our water is now free of chemicals, we can taste (and smell!) the difference. Quality Water Group is reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Bob and his team!"
