I'm super late making this review but better late than never. These guys came through for me. My water heater ruptured 2 days before Christmas. To make matters worse a "helpful" neighbor came over and drained all the water from our boiler while trying to help turn the water off. So we had no heat or hot water. These guys came over on Christmas eve and replaced the heater and helped me get my heat back on. All in 3hrs. What a blessing! And although I was desperate enough to pay anything, they did not price gouge me. They were amazing.

Wayne was very communicative and kept me posted the whole way through. My space posed some extra challenges but Wayne and his crew took it in stride and got the job done in a timely manner.

Wayne was very nice to work with. He did the job very competently and professionally. He kept me informed of the progress and when he encountered a problem with my system he persevered until the problem was solved. He also checked back later to make sure the system was working properly.

This company responded immediately to my request and if I had the time, they would have done the work on the same day. They came back the very next day and completed the job in less then 45min. Very professional and courteous. I will be keeping them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

It was 2am Xmas Eve and my basement flooded from a broken water pipe. Who on Earth is coming to my house to fix this xmas day? No heat and 10 degrees outside with the family over. I went to Homeadvisor, filled out a request for emergency help and got a call 8AM from Wayne at Kistan Services letting me know help was on the way. 930AM two guys showed up, took apart my ceiling, found the broken pipe, fixed it, cleaned up and left. Wayne could have easily taken advantage of me price wise since this was on Xmas day and an emergency but he did not at all. Wayne, you have a new customer and thank you so much for saving the day!

Explained how my new water heater works and called me within hours after the job was done to see if I had any other questions and if everything was working correctly. Kistan service was amazing. They came prompt and earlier than my scheduled appointment. We lost heat and were frantic because of our new born. The response time was amazing. I appreciated Wayne making my emergency a priority. Easy person to communicate with, he explained what went wrong and what was needed to repair the issue. The repair was performed immediately after getting the part. Tough way to start a Monday while at work but Wayne came thru big time!

They performed the work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. The only negative was that they did not completely fill the trough they needed to make in the concrete slab flooring. Their cementing work left a depression in the floor which was quite noticeable when it was stepped on. It was necessary to finish the cement work myself. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the work.

Needless to say I was happy to see him come the weather is getting bad what I didnâ t expect was a service technician as professional and knowledgeable as Wayne and I donâ t feel I was overcharged I would definitely use him again and I would recommend him to friends and family Thank you for for sending a great technician for my job

Kistan Services replaced my water heater with a new AO Smith water heater. Wayne and his team were on time and did a good job at a reasonable price.
