"Eric returned my initial inquiry in a timely manner. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived a few minutes early. He completed the necessary work and made recommendation for a fix to prevent further issues. His professionalism was evident from the beginning. I immediately inquired about the cost of additional work, new wiring and installation of overhead lighting in our family room which has been too dark since the day we moved in. Eric made some recommendations for that work at a price that was well within our budget. He came back in time when scheduled, completed all work in the time promised, cleaned up after himself, and was genuinely thorough. The best experience I’ve had with any contractor I’ve hired for any work around the house yet. "I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm.
