They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! "Was quoted to remove debris and do a low pressure wash on the roof. When tech showed up I showed him the area with my biggest concern. He started most of it should come off . The debris was blown all over my deck and shrubs which isn’t a huge issue. The low pressure washing didn’t include any cleaner just a rinse that a hard rain could duplicate. Half way through the job I get a call with them wanting an additional $1600 to actually clean the roof claim my 5 year old metal roof is oxidized. When I compare I was basically told that’s all you get for the money."

He went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and with all that was necessary he fixed the leak on the spot. He was willing to skip charging me, since in his opinion a major job was not required. He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts.
