It is family operated. They were wonderful. They sent me all of the paperwork. I don't know if they really talked about the unit itself because it's under the house. They were very good about giving us the paperwork and also the paperwork with their part filled out regarding the rebate from the local national fuel company. It took them 1 day and they were able to do it the day after they discovered our old unit was allowing carbon dioxide to come in our house.

They work on weekends & come when you need them to. Campione's services our furnace & a/c every year & has replaced our h20 tank for us inexpensively too.  Great company!    Recommend them to everyone we know!
