"I cannot recommend Mark and Upstate Fence enough. Not only was he cheaper than the other guys...the fence looks great. Mark also dealt with all the permitting, zoning board and other BS that comes with living in Niskayuna. He is a great communicator: responded quickly, visited site to review the same day!, started project within days of first contact, and calmly dealt with some unusual neighbor issues. "I had to do lots of clean up, plus a machine broke down in my driveway and leaked oil front curb was another clean up job for me other then all of this the fenced look good except nail were missing in some of the slats and had to add more wood to both gates"
