Best floor cleaners and waxers near Manlius, NY

"Dave, the owner, was very agreeable and pleasant to deal with, scheduling the work according to my time frame. His employees did a great job stretching carpeting as well as shampooing and were also pleasant to deal with. The carpet was steam cleaned with a very powerful suction extracting years of accumulated dirt out of the carpet. Much better than any portable hand operated unit could ever do. As another carpet cleaning company told me, make sure the company is experienced and works out of a truck for the cleaning. Carpet Doctor is the best!"

"Tom is everything you would want in a serviceman. He is professional, respectful of property, focused, timely, personable, accommodating and conscientious regarding clean-up. I would hire him, again, without hesitation and would definitely recommend him to others."

"It was excellent, was able to remove all the stain, on time, price is reasonable"

"Not sure what was used to clean the carpet. there is still a faint odor but remainder of the carpet seems clean."

"Excellent work, very nice workers, excellent oversight and attention to detail. Plenty of workers to get the job done fast. Cleaned up all the mess after too. Very trustworthy and accommodating."

"Beautifully!!!!! They gutted the bathroom and started from scratch, even having to replace the plywood for the floor as it had rot spots from old water leaks and repairs. F.A.S.T. Contracting's workers (Mike and Steve) are very knowledgeable and efficient. Replacing the floor took a couple of days but they were still able to finish the job in the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any job needing done around a house. *Please disregard the dates on the photos"

"Fantastic. Very professional, nice. Excellent work. Definitely will have them perform other projects as needed."
