The house is empty. I explained exactly what I needed done, and they didn't follow through with all the things I requested. Everything was streaky and not really clean. The bathrooms were ok, and the blinds were ok. I'm concerned that the language barrier may have played a part.

Yes. There were two women who got the job done in an hour. They brought their own equipment and sprays. They dilligently went to work right away and I did not have to help in any way. I asked if they needed anything for me to do and they just kept on working and replied no they did not need me to do anything. I could hear scrubbing and soft communication between the two of them. It was my apartment sized stove with caked on gunk. At the end of an hour, the stove top and oven were sparkling clean. I would use them again. The price was reasonable as I communicated with other companies, and they were the best reasonable prices.

Sanella and her team are amazing.

The first time Sanella came with her daughter for a deep clean (at 2 1/2 times the regular monthly cost)- and she was very nice and did a decent job. There were several things missed, however, which I would not have expected with a deep clean. I asked Sanella to take care of those things the next time at no additional cost. She said yes. The next time, her daughter Nella and one other person came. When I pointed out what had been missed the time before, Nella hotly disputed each thing saying she remembered doing exactly those things. She was very argumentative and having the service was actually an ordeal. This time many things were left undone- under the beds were not dusted or vacuumed, the tops of furniture were dusted but not the lower portions, the baseboards, particularly in the bathroom were not dusted, the bathroom had watermarks left on all the chrome, and the shower walls were not cleaned above approx 5 feet. Not all the shower floor tile was cleaned; there was still soap scum along the base. I had to bring them back to dust the fan blades. (The second person was nice though.) They did a nice job vacuuming 2 rugs and cleaning around the kitchen sink and counter, although sticky stuff was left on the corner of the counter. Poor job overall, with bad attitude.
