"Had multiple consults for our project, & no one gave me even close to the same level of personal attention as Nick Dattilo. Nick took the time to understand our vision, explaining through some of the logistics of accomplishing our goals, & even recommended some alternatives we never would have considered. The quality of that personal experience was enough to convince me he was the guy for the job. He & his workers were all very professional, & he took several mid-project requests or additions in stride, never making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Communication throughout the process was great, & any delays due to materials, etc were always very transparent. The final product was better than I could have ever imagined, & the quality & attention to detail was impeccable. In the past when using larger firms, I often felt uncomfortable asking questions; feeling as though I was being viewed as a nuisance. The customer experience was very lacking, almost like a â Walmartâ caliber where our project was just another number. That couldnâ t be further from the experience we got from Nick & his team. "They removed the door and c replaced with a new one. Before they put the frame they realized that sheet rock needs replacement and they said they cannot put the frame and then remove it again to fix the sheet rock. They said they will come back in Thursday. The owner texted me acting 240p when I contacted him asking what time they will be here to finish the job. He said he is coming himself to make sure the job is properly done. I didn’t hear from them until around 5:43pm he said he was caught in traffic and will arrive around 7pm and I told them it’s too late because I was going to sleep because I have to go to work tomorrow. That’s when I texted him that he should have told me earlier that they are going bit be late. That’s when we started exchanging texts which I posted on the website. I told him that that’s not right to do that to a customer. He said that I can keep the door and send me $20 for the frame. I paid him $700 for a $750 job and the job is not finished. Putting the shed rock he had said it will be extra $100 to make it $850 and he wanted all the money on Monday and I refused to pay all of it because I was afraid they might not come back and which I am now realizing that that’s what happened."

"Hired MCE Construction to redo my bathroom. The job took 6 weeks longer and $2,800 (all labor) more then what Mitch quoted, he didn’t pull permits for electrical or plumping (for obvious reasons), paid him a professional fee and didn’t get professional quality work. The flooring Mitch installed wasn’t installed probably and caused water damage/ fire hazard. Mitch wanted additional charges and fees to repair his mistakes. Needed to get another contractor to fix and do the work properly. Went to court, the judge ruled in my favor and even awarded me a settlement, Mitch even admitted to have wrong doings in court in front of the judge. Have not received any compensation from Mitch."
