"Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process.
