Josh did good work. He worked with me on budget, and figured out what I could do to save here and there. He also help advise me on sound proofing a small music studio in the basement, and installed all the appropriate furnishings. I have a few more projects, and Josh will be who I go to to get them done.

Thrilled with finished project! Totally professional, fairly priced, and regularly provided project status updates even though this was a relatively small job. Very skillful, with incredible attention to detail. Capable, creative, (custom concrete accents) and we experienced barely any disruption with Josh’s daily cleanup- what a bonus!

He is very thorough, on time, cleans up when he is done and he does beautiful work.

I am restaurant owner and before we opened our first restaurant, we hired ROC Home Designs to build our bar and make a custom concrete bar top. Josh, the owner, was able to meet our needs in a desperate time crunch, the bar and tops were finished just in time for our grand opening. The bar and tile work went along perfectly with the plan our designer came up with. We absolutely love the results.

`We completely rebuilt our entire home from the studs out. We were particularly fussy about finding the right contractor for the work we needed completed. We were lucky to find ROC and Josh. I can't say enough about his attention to detail and in our case, with an extremely old house, his interest and ability to make things right. What we ran into with our old home, was work that had been done over the years and in some case multiple times and the mistakes and poor work stacked up and it was just time to have things all corrected and made new again. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and Roc Home designs. Josh was extremely professional, hard working, polite and punctual. The work was done on schedule or before, and the price was right. Most importantly the final product was unbelievably exceptional! Josh went above and beyond to make my basement (playroom, man cave, bar, sound proofing etc) everything we wanted and more! Josh was very knowledgeable and you could tell he cared deeply about the quality of his work. He is unlike any contractor I’ve ever hired and I’ll look forward to hiring him and Roc home designs for any future project.

We had the tub pulled out and a shower put in, Josh built us a seat in the shower and did a awesome job with that and did a beautiful job putting the tile in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and love the glass doors. Our vanity that Josh put in is also beautiful, We really love the bathroom now, and get so many compliments on it from family and friends. Josh also built concrete and brick steps outside our front door, people drive by our house and stop and take pictures of them, he did such a wonderful job on them. Josh is awesome contractor and really listens to the customer on what they need to have done and any concerns they might have. My husband and I highly recommend Josh.

Josh, the owner, did an outstanding job in installing stone pieces onto our existing fireplace and surrounding wall all at a fair price. He was timely, professional, and accommodating. We would certainly hire him again if we have any future masonry needs.
