I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. He was very responsive and easily reachable for any questions I had before and during the work. His crew was neat, effective and did a beautiful job on my new floors. My only regret is not calling Sal sooner and hiring him for the first job. I would highly recommend him and his company and I plan on using them to redo the terrible job that was done on my other floors."

Unfortunately I no longer live in NY state and am not in need of his services. I write this review again because anyone can make a bad decision, it's how we handle the decision afterwards. "Applied oil finish that looks great. Much more dust than I expected but I guess that is normal. Be prepared for a top to bottom cleanup after the finish is applied. Quit a few scuff marks on molding around floor - I'm told that is not necessary but I don't know as this is the first flooring refinish I've had done."
