"They did a goof job on the roof, no problems so far. But they were fairly expensive, the salesman did say they were not the cheapest but not most expensive. Our problem was the entire attic, which is in our garage, is filled with our collectibles and other things. the salesman came up there and looked at the are, and never told us we should cover it and painters never covered our things. Now everything up there is covered in shards of wood and everything is a huge mess. Everything should have been covered in our attic, and it wasn't. The same problem in the garage, it was a big mess too. I just happen to have a lot of stuff, if they would have just told me to go through and cover the things i was worried about I would have happily done so, I had no idea the things would fall through the cracks the way they did. They also made a big deal about a big magnetic machine that would pick up all nails after the job. We are still finding nails and we even got a flat tire months later from one of them. Wish I had saw something sooner, I'm sure they called and asked if everything was alright but I did not go up to the attic right away. I regret that I did not call the owner about the issue."

So initially I was going to have Ken put up a vinyl fence on the one side of the yard on only an old school hand shake. Then a couple days later texted him, I only wanted the sections replaced with a wood fence plus fixing the gate. He didn’t have any problem with any of it. I left it up to him to come at his convenience. He came a couple days later, just before Jan 2019 snow storm/ deep freeze. Ken did a GREAT job and is very personable. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new.
