Once Matt started the repair he discovered that the ceiling had wallpaper under the stippling. That was a surprise to me but Matt wasn’t phased by it and did a great job repairing damaged sections. "My drywall was a mess after taking down 1970s-era foil wallpaper.  He skimmed my walls and made them look great!  He really wants the job to come out terrific, so once everything is put back into the bathroom (toilet, vanity, floor), he's going to come by to touch up any damage to the drywall caused by the installers.  His price was very reasonable, too.
