"So glad we hired Graves Brothers. We anticipated some structural damage to the wood around the windows on the west side of our home do to improperly installed gutters by the home builder. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."
