They laid tarps everywhere and were respectful to our neighbors. Excellent detail and trim work. They stored all equipment and replaced deck furniture daily. Excellent crew. Quiet and efficient."

This was fine with me. In July he gave me a 1 day notice by text only, NO call. I told him from the start to please call me only. I do not text. I am a 100 percent disabled retired Air Force Major. It says right on my voice mail. Phone calls only please, no texts. I therefore missed this 1 day notice apointment. In September I received another text from Ians son for some reason. I called him and told him to please please only call me and I have been waiting for them to tell me when they could start painting. That was it, never heard from Ian or anyone ever again. Very, very disapointing. When your paying a company almost $18,000 to paint your property and are waiting patiently 6 months for the project to start and they cannot even give you the courtesy of a phone call. "It was a plowing service. He collected all up front and fails to show up to plow our business where we have patients with foot issues who have trouble walking as it is without the snow. This has happed 2/3 snow falls we've already had. We had to call an emergency plow. Twice. He's horribly organized. He seems to care, but not enough to be consistent. Something is amiss. Beware using any of his services."

"The work was horrible. He does not even check the work of his workers, if you call back to ask him to come over he totally ignores your calls. Probably the worst painting I have ever seen. They did not prep, just painted over things that needed to be sanded and then got paint on furniture, new vanities, new cabinets and he has refused four times to correct it and will not return calls. Other professionals were shocked with what a mess it is. Do NOT hire him."
